Disc-type Finishing system – eco-maxi .
The modular concept of the Eco-Maxi is ideal for smaller series production. Due to the leading technology, the machines are characterised by high economic efficiency, which saves you up to 60% of your conventional production costs. Depending on the desired processing goal, the Eco-Maxi is available as a full kit with three containers "wet", "dry" and "magnetic" or customers can request any of the three process containers individually with the option to purchase the other containers at a later stage. The main purpose of the Eco-Maxi is deburring, smoothing and polishing.

The Eco-Mini from OTEC is a bestseller in terms of cost-effectiveness. It has succeeded in packing the technology of large, industrial disc-type machines into a tiny machine. The patented technology now enables the use of the finest granules, resulting in a sensational shine, as if polished by hand. In addition, the plastic grinding wheels used prevent the formation of an unsightly orange peel effect on the jewellery. The machine is easy to operate thanks to a timer and works quietly and dust-free.
