14-Day Returns Exclusions
Special order products and software are not covered by the 14-day returns policy. Items which need to be backordered from a supplier cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect a customer’s right to return under consumer guarantees.
Consumer Guarantees
If you believe an item is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer or their service agent for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a major failure with the item, you may choose a refund, exchange or repair. If the failure is minor, we will repair the item (or, at our discretion, we may replace the item) within a reasonable time. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Evotech Pacific can not provide a refund, exchange or repair. Evotech Pacific require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged in Transit
Please do not sign for the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged. If damage is only found upon unpacking then please contact Evotech Pacific as soon as possible.
Not as Advertised/Incorrect Item

Faulty Product

Evotech Pacific will need to assess whether the fault is a major or minor fault and will either arrange for the product to be repaired or replaced. Some manufacturers require us to send fault items to them for assessment before we can give you are placement.
Change of Mind
Changed your mind on a stocked item? Don’t worry. You’ve got 14-days to get your order back to us and provided it’s un-used we’ll give you a refund minus the costs of any shipping. Please note, this does not extend to products specifically ordered which are not kept in stock such as Laser Engravers, Jewellery Design Software, Laser Welders etc.
TRAINING
If you have purchased any of our training sessions whether it be online or in-person we do not offer refunds but can offer to reschedule/rebook you into a future class or any monies paid can be applied as a credit to purchase any items advertised on the Evotech Pacific website.
Valid Receipt
A copy of your invoice, online order confirmation or receipt will be required for any return.
